One of the top zoos in North America, Busch Gardens brings you face-to-face with more exotic and endangered animals than any destination outside of Africa. Prepare yourself for heart-pounding excitement with SheiKra - America's first dive coaster. Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. My young teens found the roller coasters uninspired and short. With Covid a lot of things were shut down, except the things that cost extra. Rides were run half full but the lines were long and crowded without social distancing. This was an expensive mistake for our family. Tampa zoo would be a better choice for animals.

Park seemed at FULL capacity with 1/4 of the employees. Walked around for 45 minutes trying to find water for my six year old who was dehydrating (passed about 4 kiosks with full water coolers but were ā€˜closedā€™). Spent 5 hours there and got on 3 rides. Only food was sit down restaurants or pretzels with a 100ft line. We even rode the bumper karts for something to do and the changeover time between operation was almost 10 minutes b/c one person had to let people on and out lock gates/ check belts etc. Also- maps were not good- canā€™t see where you are or where to enter rides. Animals were the best part. Oh- we also waited an hour for Sand Serpent and then it was shut down right before us. I thought theyā€™d offer a ticket or something to get on fast if it reopened - but NOPE. Sorry šŸ˜ž

Donā€™t go!!! You will thank me later because you would save money! Waste of time. Line waits were insane. 5 hours there and got only on 3 rides. The food is so BAD! Only a few places open and the lines for food were long. They had hand sanitizer BUT were empty. Animals look miserable and staff does too! Very poor logistics. Busch Garden needs to be honest about whatā€™s happening in the park. Then you can make a decision if it is worth it. HORRIBLE!!!! Be transparent!!
