DO NOT waste your money, you will feel ROBBED. There is absolutely no social distancing, the park had to have at least 20,000 people in it. All wait times exceeded 2 hours. Paid $150 to eat crappy chicken strips (the only all day dining option) and ride 3 rides. May have caught Covid while there, staff was rude. So many rides were closed. Overall terrible experience, would never go back in my life it was that bad.

Do not go here if you get dehydrated easily in the heat. I do not understand why they make it impossible to get water refills. I even bought the bottle to get the water, but then you have to go and wait 30+ minutes just to get a refill at maybe a small handful of spots around the park. INVEST IN WATER FOUNTAINS!!!! We had to leave because we got dehydrated and couldn't stand in another 30 minute line just for water again. As for the rest of it, I really hate the stupid upcharges. $8 for a locker? COME ON!! You're already charging us a lot to get in there (which we expect,) and we know food/drinks will be expensive, and then you throw in a sucker punch of $8 for a locker? Come on Busch Gardens, do better! Give us water and stop charging for stupid things like lockers. Let us put our stuff in bins across from the ride like other parks do!

Overcrowded!!!! More people than I have seen there in about 7 years! So full they had to stop letting people in. What is the point of reservations??? We saw many people get in without a reservation. Parking lots were full. 3 hours waiting in line just to get temperature taken to get in the gate of the park(no trams could run), then another 45 minutes to hour to get bags checked. Very over crowded. No covid guidelines were followed other than social distancing on the trams back to car and train. What is the point of that if no one listens in lines and social distancing is not enforced? Lines were extremely long, only got to ride 2 rides and it was my son's first time being there. People were very rude getting in face in lines and cutting in lines. Saw lots of people not using masks. While waiting for the train they had to spray one down and have another come to pick us up which I thought was smart. The animals were awesome! But would not recommend going anytime soon.
