Absolutely horrible!! We bought tickets through the website play the length of stay. The hotel only had us down for 1 night not 2. Upon arriving to the park the could not find the confirmation for our tickets. A week before arriving to the park we tried calling the customer service & was place on hold for over an hour & half! On multiple attempts. Prompted to leave a message & never got a call back. Emailed customer service & got an apology ā€œwe are super busy at this timeā€ Arrived at park & they tell us everything is through a third party. Credit card charged, made a trip down to Tampa & park saying we called & canceled. Never have we had such a horrible experience with purchasing tickets & customer service!!

We purchased a double day pass for our family of 5 to Busch gardens and also adventure island. After our horrible day at Busch gardens we arenā€™t even going to attempt adventure island and accepted that we lost the money we spent. We also purchase the all day dining, which is impossible to eat 3 meals in one day since each line was about 90 minutes (and doesnā€™t include ice cream and coffee ... )Most of the restaurants were closed so when we finally found one that was open (with the rest of the park ) it was a 90 minute wait standing in line. 1/2 the rides were closed so there was also about a 60-90 wait for the open rides (unless you want to pay $15 more per person to cut the line). We did the Serengeti express train ride, which is a 1 way train ride and drops you off on the other side of the park but we rented a stroller from Busch gardens and understandly could not take the stroller On the train BUT they would not let us get another stroller at guest services without paying another $27 (or we could walk a mile back to pick up the original stroller but who wants to carry small Kids a mile back šŸ˜ž). We had a horrible experience back in December at sesame place in Pennsylvania (discrimination against my severely disabled daughter ) and we should have known not to try this company again but we figured we are in Tampa on vacation and our kids would love it how ever, we left after 5 hours , only got on the train ride and had one meal. We made it back to the beach by 5pm and enjoyed the rest of our day at the hotel. Donā€™t waste your money! Iā€™m sure there are many more family friendly , cost effective opportunities on vacation.

We just bought our fun passes and I was excited to go with my children ages 16, 13 and 12. I took us an hour to get in the park . We arrived at the park 15 minutes before the park opened and were not expecting it to take so long. First they only had two teams taking people from parking to entrance. The trams were taking a long time and they were taking a long time losing people on. Once we got to to the entrance we should have been able to get our tickets at the kiosk. But many people were frustrated as were we when the kiosk machines kept saying they couldnā€™t print. So then we had to make another line at the ticket booth the get our tickets printed. It was packed and took forever to get through. I believe their efficiency in many areas are lacking. There was no reason for it to take that long. Then lunch time was absolutely horrible. You are not allowed to bring drinks or snacks, so everyone basically has to order food at some point . The lines were so long, it took forever to get food. I felt horrible for the families that have young children. Bush Gardens needs to do much better at organizing new times or allow people to bring in food. They are not prepared to handle big crowds. My kids still enjoyed their day although we were able to get on only a few rides. We got fun passes so I hope the next time around is much better.
