I waited an hour in line to get tickets after learning the kiosk was not allowing you to purchase tickets and it was only working sometimes. There were not many rides open, there were long lines, and not many options for the price.

Very open, Staff very helpful. The animal portion was excellent. The rides are great for younger. I am too old for that stuff. Some things were not operational and that can be disappointing. Some food was ehhhh. The Pizza was good. For the price with the coupons it was a deal.

usually enjoy busch gardens but this time it was the pits, sky rides, water flumes closed the train they made you get off at every stop, the animal show and they usually have concerts all closed. if you don't ride roller coasters this place is a waste of time. i usually buy annual pass that covers all 11 parks not now complete waste of money
