We used to love this place. Today was the first day we have been back since Covid. The employees were rude and slow moving. They only had one station per coaster open, which has nothing to do with social distancing and everything to do with them not caring about a good experience...every coaster estimate was off-we had to wait an additional 45 minutes minimum. All day everything was about "safety" but certainly not the guest having a good experience. A lot of attractions were closed. I don't typically write reviews! But feel the need to warn people. Don't waste your money or time going to Busch Gardens right now!

Definitely no capacity limit or social distancing at all !!!!! Staffs DO NOT CARE ! I went to Disney and during this pandemic it was amazing staffs are always making sure everyone is SOCIAL DISTANCING And they DO have a capacity limit itā€™s extremely smooth.... When you are walking towards the temperature screening everyone is just on top of everyone literally on your back once again no employees to direct the crowd, but Busch garden WOW ! Horrible! The marking on the floor 6 feet apart do not matter In line they might but like 5 people in between those lines. I did not feel save. Barely any employees it was a total mess. People skipping lines and employees just turn there heads. I big portion of the employees have a negative attitude like they donā€™t want to be there and help they look at you with a face itā€™s suppose to be fun and when you go to amusement parks and the employees just give you a face and donā€™t greet you it will automatically give a bad expression of the park they represent the park. Not sure I will visit again it was so packed I got there at 10:30am and left at 7pm and got on 2 rides. Busch gardens thatā€™s why you can compare to Disney not even close because you donā€™t run your company well. Island and universal does a better job. This Is a wore down cheap amusement park. Save your bucks and go where social distancing is actually taken serious.

This has been an all around terrible experience. There is absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. Not enough staff and security presences. Never did I see the ā€œtask force that is leading the Coronavirus preparedness and response activityā€ that Busch Gardens claims theyā€™ve hired. I absolutely did not feel safe while I was there. The ride attendants ALL were rude and spoke with a dry and unfriendly tone. People are walking around with no face covering or not wearing them correctly. There is very few employees walking around enforcing and monitoring the guest. We found 2 securities and 1 employee standing all together but not correcting the offenders. Guest walked directly in front of them eating and drinking while waking and they wouldnā€™t say anything. I watched guest be allowed in to the park with no face covering and later handed a mask on a ride. I couldnā€™t take it anymore so I decided to go to guest service and asked for a refund. After expressing to the supervisor my feelings and concerns and even provided her with dozens of pictures of people walking with no face covering she wouldnā€™t refund me my ticket. Her response was ā€œif I didnā€™t feel safe than I should have not entered the park.ā€ I expressed to her that obviously if I wouldā€™ve seen before hand what I saw threw out my two hours at the park I would have not wasted my time and especially my money. I donā€™t think I should be the one to have to stay out of the park when I am the one following the rules. The CDC and our governor need to step in and take action against Busch Gardens for the lack of responsibility and the over excessive capacity in the park.
