Not sure why anyone enjoys wasting a lot of money to wait in lines forever. A rip off just like many other theme parks. The only reason I went is because I had free tickets and had never gone there before. Several rides were not working, and on most of the rides at least half the seats were not filled yet they still ran them making people wait even longer..ridiculous. I suppose as long as they stay overrated they will still draw a crowd and continue to price gouge and take advantage of people. Do not waste money on a place like this. Itā€™s a disservice to yourself and your family. Plenty of better things to do.

Another great day at the park, We have been Platinum Pass members for over 25 years & still love going there. In this Covid world they do go on some things but need work on others. Masks are required to enter as well as temperature is taken. They are not so good at making sure people keep their masks on properly except when getting on rides. Also there were not keeping up with filling some of the hand sanitizer stations. People should be more considerate or just stay home if they don't want to follow the rules. Some of the rides & dining areas were closed but there is still plenty to do. We liked having less people there, of course. We still bought the quick pass at a very reduced rate so getting on the rides was quick (husband got to reride all his favorite rollercoasters multiple times.)

We have been pass members for three years and love Busch Gardens. However, we have visited three or four times since its reopening and are disappointed in its enforcement of mask compliance amoung its quests. Each time we have gone, there are more people without masks - brazenly so: walking around, in lines outside and inside (e.g., Cobra's Curse and the train ride). We have also noticed less hand sanitizer use amoung guests and less social distancing. I have brought this to the attention of employees and last time left a message with customer service at the park requesting a call back. Still waiting for that call back. We also visit the Disney parks where there is 100% mask compliance. Cast members will gently remind guests to wear their masks and wear them properly. No issues. We feel safe. I don't bring my almost five year old son to an amusement to be sickened. I expect a family friendly park to value his safety, my safety, and the safety of their employees. It is not my job to try to enforce the mask wearing policy. I do not bring myself or my son to a park to be cursed at and insulted by grown men who are endangering everyone around them after I have pointed out that they are not abiding by an emergency order that they agreed to follow before entering the park. In the words of my almost five year old son, "people need to stop acting like it's the old times."
