Terrible. Their howl-o-scream is a waste of money during covid. No haunted houses. The "open air" event has just a few people walking around in masks in only a couple designated areas, every guest is required to have a mask or you get thrown out. Even while eating and drinking multiple people told us to put masks on. 0/5 on scare 0/5 on customer service 3/5 on rides - due to rides always being closed every time we go.

I have been going to Busch Gardens in Tampa for years and its one of my favorite amusement parks! I am also a fan of Universal/IOA but i feel as though Busch Gardens has just as much to offer at a lower cost and less crowds. Part of it may be timing, but I've never experienced crowds and waits at Busch Gardens like i have at other parks in Florida. They have a good amount of rides for everyone, some of the best thrill rides in the state and country and small rides for kids including their Sesame Street section. The park is always top notch clean, its always impressed me how clean they keep this park! I will continue to return with my family for years to come!

Very disappointed. Family of 7 went October 22, 2020. Post covid experience was expected, but not this level of disorganization and confusion. Bought the all day dining and no one could tell us how it worked. Well, that's not true, we did get many different versions of how it worked and what we could get from each different employee. Customers seem like more of an inconvenience than the reason for the employees to be there. My advice would be to wait until things go back to normal to experience this park. As for me and my family, we wont be going back.
