Hands down the only bad day we had this holiday was here. Queued for Cheetah ride twice, both times about to get in the cart to go and both times they turned us away saying the ride had broken down. The queue boards for every ride were 80mins but we waited well over 2hrs for the rapid river. The lightning / queue jumper is $75 per person and only allows you one go on a ride. Even Disney charge only $15 per person. The staff are unhelpful or just generally look like they don’t want to be there. We paid for the juice cup with free refills only to find none of the machines had ice and 80% of the drink selection was out of stock.

It was a rip-off. I had a ticket with a meal Voucher. Got into a meal line. Just picked a small cheese pizza, a drink, a small French fries and a small salad and a small cheese cake. I was still charged $32. This is what I called a rip-off

Just returned from spending 2 days in the park. On the whole we have had an amazing trip. We rode all the coasters several times as the queues were less than 10 mins on most. We went on safari and fed the giraffes and also did the sloth encounter. Our only gripe os so much is shut? Various food trucks, photographers at the end of rides etc. I know things are getting back to pre pandemic levels but these little things make the trip. We found food to be very expensive in the park but the refill cops good value.
