Coming from the uk to Orlando for 2 weeks we opted for the 3 day combi ticket with all day dining included and wish we hadnā€™t We went on the iron Gwazi ride which they advertise as being North Americaā€™s tallest and worlds fastest and steepest hybrid roller coaster. Whilst on the ride someone had a phone on them which they dropped and it flew 6 carriages behind and hit my daughter directly on her shoulder. Any higher and this could have been a different story altogether. After getting off the ride we handed the phone back to the ride operator and explained what had happened to be told itā€™s not something they are responsible for ā€¦ REALLY?!?!? Your safety precautions are a joke. You need to take lessons from universal and install metal detectors before your rides before someone gets seriously injured. Fortunately my daughter has just got a very bruised shoulder today. For any uk person considering whether or not to go, donā€™t. Save your money and stick with Universal, you wonā€™t be disappointed nor will you get harmed in the process

Thank you for reaching out about your recent experience on Iron Gwazi. The safety of our guests and ambassadors is our top priority. We regret to read that was not apparent during your visit. We do not allow loose articles on our attractions, if a ride operator spots a loose article prior to dispatch they will delay dispatch until the loose article is stored. At this time- we do offer pouches under the seats at Iron Gwazi to store loose articles. We have forwarded this feedback to our leadership team for further internal review. We recommend reaching out to our Guest Correspondence team for further assistance at [email protected]. -MK

Family trip as part of our Orlando holiday. Great selection of rollercoasters and definitely a thrill park compared to Disney. A massive difference however is the service, or lack of service. Nearly every ride operator and employee looked bored. The vast majority didn't say hello or wish you well. Some greeted you by leaning on the wall doing their nails; another playing keepy uppy with litter and a litter picker grabber; another using a broom to hit rubbish into a cup practising their putting skills etc etc. All whilst operating rides- doesn't fill you with confidence. Definitely wait to decide about quick queue once you are in the park. Sometimes the operators did a cautionary glance at our piece of paper (printed quick queue ticket) but never even close enough to check the date etc. Was expecting it to be very busy today but it wasn't. Most rides 10-20 mins, some walk on. Park lacks atmosphere and looks tired. Even the animals looked bored šŸ™
