Visited many times previously but this will be the last. Yes rides ok but some had technical issues and some not reopened since pandemic. Overall most disappointed with being ripped off for food, yes you expect to pay a bit more for food in theme parks but when you are paying almost $17 for a very soggy burger and a few chips itā€™s not on. $12 for a beerā€¦.They ( also includes seaworld and Aquatica) also now also charging a 5% surcharge on food and drink now you are getting ripped off.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out about your recent experience at Busch Gardens Tampa. We are disappointed to read we were unable to meet the standards you've come to expect from our park. We would like to assure you that this was in no way representative of our park or the quality of food we offer. -MK

We got there for 10am. Iron Gwazi had technical issues. Next thing a cloud appeared in the sky so all roller coasters were closed. The first ride we got on was at around midday, but lots were still closed due to technical issues. Rides must be badly maintained. Don't bother buying Quick Queue. Just walk up the lane for Quick Queue at every ride and get on. The staff don't check or aren't there to check anyway. Overall disappointing. They have some good rides but run them intermittently. If you are in the Universal or Disney area, don't bother as it takes 1.5 hours to drive to Busch Gardens.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit to Busch Gardens Tampa. We certainly regret to read that inclement weather impacted this visit. Please be advised, if there is lightning within 8-miles of the park the rides will close for the safety of our guests and ambassadors. We try our best to put signage in front of the attractions prior to closures to alert that there is weather in the area. We have forwarded your feedback to our leadership for further internal review. -MK

We were on holiday from the UK with our 16 year old son who had just finished his exams and to celebrate had asked to go and ride rollercoasters in Florida. We pre-booked park tickets for the Monday about two weeks beforehand. Unfortunately on the Sunday night/Monday morning my son came down with food poisoning so we stayed at the hotel. We emailed the park and phoned and couldn't get through or talk to a human being. On the Tuesday morning he felt better and we thought we'd take a chance by going to Busch and explaining what had happened. We got to the ticket booth and explained we were a day late and our tickets were 24 hours overdue and what had happened. The lady in the ticket booth called her manager over who smiled, took sympathy on us, said no problem, and swapped our tickets over for that day. Busch were quite within their rights to say your tickets aren't valid, you need to pay for new ones, but they did the right thing. So thank you to the ticket booth lady (I didn't get your name!). p.s. I wouldn't normally advise turning up to theme parks with out of date tickets...!
