Total letdown, half the rides were closed, had to pay extra to ride the sky ride, so sad to see elephants still displaying stress behaviour, how is this being allowed ?? We paid extra for the dine all day, total waist of money, the food was terrible and you can only have certain things, do not waste your money, We have been to Busch Gardens several times over the past 20 years, when we have been on holiday hear from the U.K, trust me we will never visit again, felt it was a total rip off

Very very disappointing visit. A lot of money and half the rides were closed. Went to go round the safari to find it was an extra $50! When asked how they can justify such a high price for entry and then close so many rides we got told ' it is what it is!' Very poor customer service. Purchased the refillable cup on entry to then find you have to go to food outlets for refills which were so busy you could be waiting for 15 minutes just to get a drink. All the small outside kiosks were closed. Not like the other parks where there are drink stations dotted about. Park looks tired and dirty. Staff rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. Don't waste your time and money on this park, especially if you're driving down from Orlando.
