Fun park when not raining. It is a lot of walking. First day was good. Booked 2 day package and had quick queue and was able to do all the rides in a few hours. Iron Gwazi and cheetah Hunt are fabulous. Too bad Shiekra was closed. Other rides were great, however, hated Kumba, so rough...love it when I was younger. Son loved it. Sad 2nd day it rained...some rides open til too much rain, then everything was not running, animals were not out either. Had a good $$ Serengeti Sunrise drink at the giraffe bar but no giraffes and was very crowded due to everyone coming in from the rain. Enjoyed Christmas decorations and music, and several food and drink options with lanyard. Really loved the Christmas Ice Skating show...I saw it twice, good to do when raining. I will say, when it's raining, you get the park to yourself. Just dress accordingly. Hope to go back to see animals.

We went on a Friday night. The advertised Fireworks were canceled. Some events were not open. Restaurants were few and far between. Cheeseburger is $20. Lots of walking, with little seating along the path. We wish the old days of Busch Gardens were still there. This is a kids and teen place now. We really needed a map. The signage at the park could be better. Trying to find the Tiger show was ridiculous. Even the question you asked about who was with you, indicates seniors are not the targeted audience. We were with family, but not teens or children.

I am so repulsed by there policy where the door swings one way! From Canada had a day pass and purchased a quick pass for myself and 3 others. Great feature if I could have used it. 4 rides down! Went to customer service to get a refund and the answer was NO. Credit only despite not having rides to use it on. Disney would have Apologize,gave me my money back and ask what else they could do to make my vocation better. Wow! Terrible customer service
