This used to be one of the best theme parks in the works and it’s a real shame how it is driven into the ground. Several rides were closed today and the ones running were almost all just using one single train. Rices for food, drinks, lockers and everything else are just outrageous. And all the staff look like their work is so miserable and seriously do not want to work here. So sad to see this once great park going downhill.

I visited Busch Gardens on October 14, 2024, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. After driving nearly two hours from Kissimmee to Tampa, I found out that several attractions and restaurants were closed, about 50% of the park, including Iron Gwazi, which I was really looking forward to. While I understand that Hurricane Milton caused disruptions, not being informed in advance was unacceptable. There were no updates in the app, no signage at the parking lot (which we still had to pay for), and no notice at the entrance. It felt like a waste of time and money.
