I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life and have went to Busch Gardens many times but this time man they really have went downhill. First off got there and waited 2.5 hours to ride Cheetah Hunt when it said 55 minutes( absolutely ridiculous) total lack of interaction and immersion(such as dancers, entertainers, etc.) half of the stores closed, the rides riding @ half capacity. Where does the list end? This isn’t Busch Gardens it’s Boo Boo Gatdens.

So disappointed. Spent a fortune to get in then unless we paid out another 130 dollars for a fast past theres no chance of getting one or two rides done...what a waste of a day

We moved from Virginia where we went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg every summer, so were excited to get our Busch Gardens Tampa Bay season passes. It has been the most horrendous entertainment experience of our adults lives. When you arrive first thing in the morning, you have to wait in line for a shuttle to get to the park . Every roller coaster had a 2 hour plus wait. The rides would inexplicably shut down after waiting in line for a long time. We have tried it twice this summer. Today my husband and kids were at the park for 5 hours and rode one ride. One. ride. The Quick Queue feature is very misleading, it advertises the price starting at $15 a day, but every date you can select has a starting price of $99. I called Customer Service and they refuse to give us any break on our passes we invested in. So I guess we can just consider that money down the drain.
