We went on the app and the price was 55 and when we selected that price it went to 69 dollars. So we waited until we got to the park they told us thatā€™s how they get people to come. Then you pay 30 to get in the park to park and if you want to go to the water park you pay to park again and another admission. Just disappointed !!

My teens loved it. There are plenty of rollercoasters for those who love them. We live in Florida, so we go to theme parks usually once a year. Itā€™s July & school is out so expect crowds. Main complaint we had was the food. We expect high prices, but fries should be fresh and not stale for $15 for achicken tender platter. $5 for a small container of Pringles? That profit margin is ridiculous. It also was hard to find a place to sit after you it food. Staff is young ( seems mostly college age students) but helpful. We did not get quick queue passes and Iā€™m glad because we didnā€™t need them . Iron Gwazi was only ride where wait was long (1 hour) , but thatā€™s because itā€™s new and close to entrance. We got there at 12:30 pm and left at 7 pm, and we got to do most rides and see 2 shows. After 5 pm, the park is noticeably less crowded as parents with toddlers leave. During the summer, park closes at 9 pm so coming late if you can means less time waiting for rides. Before 5pm was a 70 minute wait for Congo Rapids, but after 5 pm, it was 20 minutes. Also, the ice skating show and electric circus were about 30 minutes each and fantastic. Donā€™t miss them. There arenā€™t too many animals here which is different from years past. One gorilla, one tiger & 2 cheetahs - only multiples were alligators, birds , fish and flamingoes. Itā€™s not a big thing unless a big part of your visit is seeing animals. Overall, this a great park which you can do in one day. Great value for the money.

We are thrilled to read you had a positive experience throughout your visit to Busch Gardens. We are pleased to see your family enjoyed our Turn It Up and Cirque Electric shows. Additionally, we regret to read that you werenā€™t able to view as many of our animals as you had hoped. Our animals are able to leave and re-enter their habitats freely to eat, drink, and sleep. We understand the love our guests have for our animals and appreciate the continued understanding that this type of freedom within their enclosures may lead to less time in view but greater comfort for our animals. Our guest's feedback is an incredibly valuable tool we do not take for granted and appreciate you taking your time to share your time at our park. -HA

We traveled 1200 miles to spend the day in the park with 4 kids excited to ride roller coasters. Instead we stood in the longest line EVER to enter the parks 2 hour plus wait time in the Florida sun. After paying $30 the parking attendant warned us to bring water the line was long. Where should we get water at this point? We saw numerous fights with line cutting. Customers frustrations being taken out on hourly employees. Numerous medical emergencies. No bathrooms, no offer for water, no protection from the sun. Once inside we rushed to the nearest gift shop and found warm bottled water. All the cold waters have been flying off the shelf, shocking. The first stand for refreshments line was extremely long. Ride after ride broke down, no animals outside. We were able to enjoy 3 rides, 2 thumbs down BG. in my kids words...total waste of time and money.

We certainly appreciate you taking your time to express your feedback from this visit. At Busch Gardens Tampa, safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun. The wellbeing of our guests is our number one priority and we apologize these standards were not met on the date of your visit. We appreciate the continued cooperation and patience from our guests as we continue with the improvement and updates to our front gate. We certainly understand any frustration the delay in entry can cause and have forwarded your experience on to our park and guest arrival leadership team for their further internal review and improvement.-HA
