We just had the worst experience of our lives. We sat in line for over an hour in the extreme heat with no shade and then we’re told it will be another three hours till we can get into the park. I was told they are doing construction at the entrance and only have 2 security checkpoints open. Why would you do this construction during this time of year?? It’s over 100 degrees and probably the busiest season due to summer break from schools. I watched someone pass out from a heat stroke. It is the most unorganized confusing entry system ever. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing that at your park.

Haven’t been to Busch Gardens in over 10 years. Came back thinking things have changed and been updated. It was all the same. HUGE disappointment because the park is being run down and not taken care of. Weeds growing over all flower beds, bushes and trees not trimmed, every store I went into smelt like mold, paint coming off walls and poles, a lot less animals then normal, trash cans all filled to the max, trans falling apart and so much more. New management isn’t investing back into the park they are letting it go… so sad to see the park in this condition. Might take me another 10 years to come back.

There were no parking lot attendants which led to long waits to park. Many of the rides were “closed for construction.” Very few rides suitable for an 8 yr old, too old or too young. Many shows and shops closed. No street performances. Some eateries had very limited menus. VERY disappointing and expensive day! Only got on three rides and saw one show . Left with empty pockets and grumpy children!
