Lovely day. Food was disgusting along with servers who would rather be anywhere else Animals delightful. Rides good Iron Gwazj perfect

I don't understand all the bad reviews. We had a lovely day today at Busch Gardens. Were some kiosks closed? Yes. But businesses everywhere are struggling to get help. I am sorry if the face painting was not available but ALL the roller coasters were open that I could see. That being said...we don't even ride roller coasters and we had such a great time anyway! The animal exhibits were awesome. The ice skating show was amazing. We ate at the Smokehouse and the food ...chicken ribs and brisket was delicious. Expensive? Yes. But it's that way at all theme parks. We bought the all day dining and it was well worth it. The park was not over crowded and every staff member we encountered was more than friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Never have I ever had such a horrible time. There are NO SHOWS open. There are very limited food and drinks. Unless you are a teenager and want to ride the roller coasters this is the biggest waste of time ever. I saw 3 monkeys that looked more bored than we were. The biggest highlight was the lackadaisical train that drove you from one boring area to another. The smell of the place is terrible. We stayed for less than 2 hours couldn’t wait to get out of this THEME park! You don’t even get a map because there is NOTHING to see! Will never ever be back! They need to reorganize or make this a parking lot. The worst place ever.
