Terms of Service:
The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

Have visited a few times over the years but this is the last time. To be charged more than Disney or Universal to park should have been a warning. There were crowds of school kids who are allowed to run riot and push in on all the rides. Despite signs saying queue jumpers would be made to leave the park, ride attendants couldn't care less. Too many rides breaking down. Limited food and drink outlets open and those that are have minimal staff. Here's a thought, get rid of the pointless photographers hanging around and put them to work serving food. Saw very few animals this time. The train was sooo slow and boring and couldn't understand what the driver was saying. Only good words are to the young girl sweeping up who took charge when we came across a lost child. She was the best thing about the park. Will never visit again.

This review is for the customer service. I ordered a ticket on sale for $64.99 and a quick que pass for $49.99. But I soon realized that I accidentally ordered it for the wrong date. So I called their customer service to get my dates changed. The quick que pass price raised to $99.99 which was expected. But was unexpected was the price raise of the single day ticket, they told me it was now $89.99, so I acts like I donā€™t as going to order a new ticket for the correct date online and the ticket was listed as $64.99. I brought this up to the person I was talking to and they kept saying thatā€™s not what it says I their end, they could not help me resolve my problem. So I just accepted the higher price. My boyfriend also ordered his tickets for the wrong date and had to call them, but they did not increase the price of his single day ticket. While I paid an extra fee of $91 he only paid $53. So I called them again and told them all the this only for them to tell me the same thing they told me earlier. They disregarded the part where I told them my boyfriend did not have to pay extra for his ticket. I asked to speak to a manager and I was put on hold for awhile only for them to tell me that their manager said there was nothing they could do and the prices are dynamic, refunds can not be given out, etc. I then asked to hear that directly from the manager. Then I was put on hold for a little bit longer only for them to tell me they could in fact give me my refund. If I were to have listened to them the first time they would have not given me my refund. I assumed that they did not speak to their manager because I was never in contact with them. I am frustrated that they were telling me there was absolutely nothing they could and that thatā€™s what their manager said. And then I received my email for my tickets a third time. The email says I have 2 single day tickets and 1 quick que. I was not charged for 2 single day tickets, but this upsets me because they made yet another mistake and it is confusing. Which one am I supposed to use? I am beyond disgraced by their customer service and their willingness to screw me over and lie to me.

Just not good....I wanted it to be but from everything from the unfriendly workers with no smiles to 50.00 for a cheeseburger and chicken tenders no drinks, advertised at 15.99 each and bc i am not a season pass holder it went to 25.00??? The girl just said oh well want it or not? And we did, it was cold and terrible!! Bird exhibits not open, hardly an animal on the serengetti, what happened to the gardens? This is busch gardens? Only 1 area with a mister in the park....filthy restrooms, and 6.00 for a 140z bottle of water!! And you cannot bring any food or water inside!!! We left after 2hrs...hot as hell, angry and bored. And the walking!!! Past all the closed exhibits!
