The food was horrible and over priced. There was sand in our Asian food. Very few choices. Everything else at the park was average

Should have a better system in place for purchasing tickets at the park. So unorganized, no real customer service, and so unprofessional. Rides not working, no animals were seen. Not well kept, no real map or outline to where things are located, need more employees to assist guest with questions. Price of admission ridiculous and they have the nerve to charge $30 to park your car! On top of the outrageous price for admission. They need to take page out of Disney's play book as a matter of fact save your money and ride to Orlando and visit Disney Word We had a terrible time and will never go back.

Our park map is available on our website, app, and posted around the park for every guest to access. We make every effort to notify our guests when our attractions are closed for maintenance on our website as well as throughout our guest arrival area. Additionally, the majority of our animals are in enclosures in which they have the opportunity to seek space away from viewing areas whether that may be to find shade, rest inside their habitats, or simply for comfort. I feel really cheated on my purchase of Gold annual tickets to Tampa Bush Gardens. I bought them Nov 21 and me and boyfriend was going to have nice outing. It was awful, 1.At least 4 rides were closed and the rest had over 1 hour wait. 2 food service was horrible! Food was pretty good but had to wait over an hour for both lunch and dinner. They only had one line open at Zagoras cafe and at the Zambia smokehouse. They had servers standing around and talking in the closed lanes! There were enough people to open multiple lanes! The cleanliness was horrible, all antiseptic pump bottles were empty. the food areas were dirty and some of the employees were sweating while cooking hot food then wiping it of with their hands and continued cooking. 3. Christmas lights were missing in a lot of areas. We were only there for 4 hours and I went to guest services to ask for a refund without success. they said they could not do it there so they gave me a card with a phone number to call. I called and waited almost 1 hour before they answered and all I got was they would not refund the money, so I asked for the supervisor and was told the same. This is for sure a rip off and the management needs to do good for their customers not treat them like this. I will now take it a step further and contact my bank and dispute the charges. I used to love Busch Gardens but after these experiences we won’t return and I will be telling everyone I know!!! DO NOT BUY ANY ANNUAL PASSES!!!!!!
