The animals are great. The gorillas put up quite a show. Unfortunately 3 roller coasters and the water flume died while we are in line waiting. It was so bad we were able to ride only one roller coaster in a place that prides itself on their roller coasters. When equipment breaks down it is an indicator that the facility is skimping on maintenance. While our tickets were free (military) there are still costs associated with travel, hotel, food not to mention the time. The owners should reconsider their maintenance practices.

We're glad you were able to enjoy our animals, but we are so disappointed to see you were unable to enjoy all of our incredible thrill attractions during this visit. Unfortunately, despite annual maintenance and daily operating inspections, our rides can experience technical difficulties, just as any other mechanical device. We do have our own maintenance team on site to assist in resolving this as soon as possible to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests. We hope to see you back in the future! - LJ

we do not ride coasters but everything else is closed. Don't waste your money unless you are a coaster fan.

My husband I have been here many times and were always pleased. However, this time we were not. All of the shows were closed, the birds and flamingos were in quarantine due to the Asian flu threat and the animals.in the Congo section were not out. If you don't ride coasters there is little to do for adults right now. The train ride was the best part, got to see animals in the wild. Very disappointing!
