My family and I were looking forward to our first real vacation since the end of Covid. We had been to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg in the past and enjoyed it. This time it was a nightmare. We paid 1K for 4 tickets and fast passes. It was outrageous. My husband had to wait in line over an hour for chicken nuggets for the kids. As others have said, it you didn't want to ride roller coasters, there wasn't much else open. I don't happen to appreciate them so my ticket was really a waste of money. They also increased their prices over spring break so we had to pay even more than what is normal. It is a crime that these theme parks are so greedy and care so little about their customers. I will never return to this park and will tell everyone I know what a rip off it is. I will not be ripped off again.

We have been on a family holiday which included Disney, the 3 universal parks, discovery cove and Busch gardens in Tampa. We have just finished a day in Busch gardens which was great if you only wanted to do a roller coaster ride, because nearly everything else was closed!! All of the water rides were closed on a day the was 95 degrees and humid! How can they be so audacious to charge USD30 for parking and USD25 for a locker which we needed because our towels and swimwear was no use to us, on a day that felt like the park was at most, half open!! Then the best bit, chick fil-a, USD52 for two chicken sandwiches and 1 chicken nuggets. Then I was accused by the table cleaner of not clearing my table as I had left my table after I had eaten to go over to my kids table to speak with them. I explained to her that I hadnā€™t left the restaurant yet and besides that, there was no sign to say I had to clear my own table. She was so rude, it couldnā€™t believe it!! I asked a number of staff in the park for help re other parts of the park/directions, and I couldnā€™t believe everyoneā€™s responded with ā€œI donā€™t know sirā€. No one was helpful, none of the staff had any knowledge when we looked for assistance, in fact most of them looked extremely unmotivated to be doing a job there at all. The restaurants were outrageously expensive and pretty dirty. On the plus side, feeding the giraffes was a great experience! On a wider note, I have been in Florida for over 3 weeks and I have noticed a real change in service levels and I am told this is due to staff shortages. I can understand why this might impact availability, but it doesnā€™t allow for bad or a rude service level. The experience we have had over the last 3 weeks has been a very different experience to what we would have had on previous trips to the US in terms of service and cost. The costs have gone through the ceiling and service through the floorā€¦ā€¦ very disappointing.

We are so disappointed to see this experience while visiting our park and engaging with our ambassadors throughout the park. We do recommend our guests review our Attraction Closure list on our website prior to visiting for any attractions that may be undergoing maintenance. The hospitality that we show our guests has always been the hallmark of our park. We are so sorry this visit did not meet those expectations. For any additional assistance, we recommend reaching out to our Guest Correspondence team at [email protected] - LJ

This is the biggest wasy of time and money I have ever seen! Almost all rides except kiddie rides and rollercoasters were closed, most vendors were closed. As senior citizens we wanted to try the milder rides but All were closed. We're going to make sure that we tell everyone not to waste their money since it's such a rip off. Thirty dollars to park on site? Most disappointing experience ever!!!
