Busch Gardens
One of the top zoos in North America, Busch Gardens brings you face-to-face with more exotic and endangered animals than any destination outside of Africa. Prepare yourself for heart-pounding excitement with SheiKra - America's first dive coaster. Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. For additional fun, choose from combo ticket options with SeaWorld Orlando, Adventure island Tampa and Aquatica Orlando! All-day parking and unlimited parking packages are also available.

Busch Gardens Theme Park of Tampa Bay features plenty to do for young kids, older kids, teenagers, adults, and even grandparents! Adults and older kids can ride Rollercoasters, adults and grandparents can watch shows, and young kids can enjoy all the rides at Sesame Street Safari of Fun! I've been going to Busch Gardens years, ever since I was a little kid! I liked Busch Gardens better when Anheuser-Busch was operating it and gave free beer, fireworks, and snacks. Busch Gardens was also better in 2018 but it's also maybe unfair to judge the park now with reduced capacity, covid restrictions, and the unemployment benefits crisis due to people being paid more not to work than to work. While Universal's Islands of Adventure is better for older kids and adults, Busch Gardens really offers a lot more rides for younger kids. Busch Garden's Sesame Street Safari of Fun is much bigger than Dr Seus Land at Universal. Most of Disney's Magic Kingdom is pretty young kid friendly with exception of their Rollercoasters just like Busch Gardens also has the added benefit of lots of animals on display kinda like Disney's Animal Kingdom! Universal and Disney has Busch Gardens beat for innovative food selections, movie tie-in, ride quality, theming and overrall feel. Busch Gardens food selections need a lot of work as most places just have subpar overpriced burgers, Pizza, and hot dogs aside from the seasonal festival foods. However, Disney & Universal theme parks are comparatively much more expensive for annual passes but only a little more for a one time pass. Busch Gardens let's you come back all year with a fun pass for the price of a 1 day admission! Unfortunately, Busch Gardens is way too spread out and it requires way too much walking in comparison to other theme parks in Orlando. I really hope Busch Gardens management can bring back more live shows at the Pantopia Theater and Pantopia Dragon Fire Theater, bring more popular concerts, offer a greater variety of foods at restaurants, offer a greater variety of foods at festivals, and offer more types of rides than just Rollercoasters like 4D Rides! If managment could duplicate all the international food offerings at the superior International Food & Wine fest of Busch Gardens Williamsburg VA that would be awesome!

Such a massive disappointment! Hardly anything was operating, refreshment stands were all closed, no shows & very little to see or do. A HUGE expense for a flight, accommodations, & $330 for our three tickets and parking. When checking in at guest services, they said we could come back another day if we preferred. REALLY? A total waste of time & money!!

I had an amazing time at BGT!! It's one of the most tidy, well themed and beautifully landscaped parks I've attended. While I was sad to have missed out on Cheetah Hunt, Cobra's Curse and Iron Gwazi, I really look forward to returning to ride them! The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous, so much so that I felt the need to visit Guest Services to rave about them. I felt welcome and valued for the duration of my visit. It's easily my fave non-Disney park in Florida! I still recall the great food recommendations from Dino (security) and great chats about rides and parks with Dre at Falcon's Fury and Jeff J at Kumba. Meeting staff who are fellow coaster/ride enthusiasts made a lasting positive impression and really enriched my experience as a guest. The all day dining plan is a tremendous value and the food was delicious... I ate like a king! I truly had the best time and I hope I'll find myself back in Tampa soon!
