What To Expect

Ala Wai Canal

Cruise along the Ala Wai harbor and canal for approximately 45 minutes for 9AM to 4PM cruises and 1 hour for sunset evening cruises (5 pm to 7:15 pm)

Honolulu City Lights

See the Honolulu city skyline. Depending on weather conditions, spectacular rainbows may appear. Depending on time of sailing, experience an unforgettable sunset and the glistening lights of the city's skyline.

Diamond Head State Monument

From the comfort of your gondola, enjoy a breathtaking wide view of Diamond Head, the now-dormant volcanic landscape on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Did you know that the British soldiers who visited the area in the 19th century thought that the sparkling calcite crystals on the neighboring beach were diamonds? This idea stuck and eventually gave rise to its current name.

We booked the Gondola cruise on our first day of arrival in Hawaii, and I'm so glad we did! Not only was it very relaxing and we got to see some really cool parts of Honolulu (like the canals and bridges), but the folks who operate the business are soooo wonderful! This is a family owned business, and they really care about making sure that everyone who books a tour has a great time. On top of having a really relaxing time on the water, the owners also told us about a fireworks show that was coming up just ~45 minutes after our tour, so with their tip we got to enjoy front row views of the fireworks as well. Overall this is a great way to get settled in the vacation mood, and we highly recommend it!

Edwardo did a great job trying to navigate all the obstacles that were not controllable. He had a way of making my 80 year old parents comfortably and telling them stories along the way. Unique experience!
