We had a great time at the Academy of Sciences. I was happy to have found this deal through Viator. Everything went according to plan, the site was very easy to use, and the voucher was accepted without a problem. I will definitely be using Viator in the future.

The museum was great! We had a great time with our kids 9 and 11. The rainforest was AMAZING as was the aquarium. We were there for probably 3 hours and saw everything, except the planetarium. The only bummer that we encountered was a big event happening in Golden Gate Park which made it almost impossible to park and I was bummed that there was an extra fee to get into the planetarium.

We appreciate your feedback. However, you should not have had to pay for the Planetarium, it is included in this tour ticket, as per our web site. If a staff member for our supplier did not know this and told you otherwise, we will make sure they are aware this happened.
