We wanted to do a different wine tour to the usual and so glad we did this one. Firstly, Alex our guide was super friendly and helpful, knowledgable but not a wine snob in an intimidating way. He selected 3 wineries that were different so we had a real contrast in our tour. Our favourite was definitely Bennett Lane, where Alex also sorted a lovely lunch in a great setting. Great day and a definite recommend!

New to Calistoga, we were looking for a guided tour - a balance of wine and activity. Dustin and Gavin were the perfect tour guides to show us the town. We rode to three wineries between 10am-3:30. While at the second winery, they prepared the most amazing lunch for us. While riding, we discussed different types of wine, different types of wineries, terminology, etc. They provided water throughout the trip, helmets and great bikes. Dustin took photos the entire time... all you need to do is peddle. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a fantastic day wine tasting. Katie, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the area, the soil, the wine making process and the wineries. My wife is a very novice rider. Katie made her feel confident and safe right away. The picnic lunch was delicious. We've done a lot of wine tasting, but, we'll do it by bike from now on! Thanks Getaway Adventures!
