The food was good with quite a few options. The music was good. The dining area was a little crowded. Rum punch was not so good ā€¦ too sweet. Beer was cold & staff was very attentive.

Management purposely over booked our cruise, and bumped my husband and i out of our tickets without notice or refund! First we booked online with their website and i was notified a week later we were going to be refunded due to over booking. I then called the cruise number directly and spoke to a woman who manually booked my reservation and told me i should have never been canceled because the cruise had plenty of availability left and the only reservations made were for our group of 13, i understand internet errors so i rebooked through the lady on the phone which she took my card info and immediately charged me. I received a confirmation email and assumed i had a spot on the boat. An hour before the cruise other members of our group received a confirmation call and i did not, so i reached out to the company and was informed by ā€œthe managerā€ i didnā€™t have a reservation i had canceled. Which was incorrect i never canceled. We went to board the boat anyways and had been bumped out of our tickets because they purposely over booked. Our large group traveled together to get to this tourist trap scam and my husband and i couldnā€™t go. We had to sit back and wait for our group to be done due to this horrible management. Discussed with the way this was handled by the management and the employees. Wouldnā€™t recommend to anyone

1 star rating due to worst customer service ever experienced. They overbook - ON PURPOSE, then start cancelling an hour before the trip. I typically stay away from tourist attractions such as this ghetto boat, but it was suggested by a member of our vacation group and we went along. Lesson learned. Food was pretty good, not worth $50 for someone who does not partake in the extremely limited (ā€œunlimitedā€) drinks. We reserved & paid for 13 people 15 days before reservation. Within 24 hours of reserving one couple in our group was told their reservation was cancelled due to the boat being filled. Called customer service and they advised ā€œnot sure why that happened the boat is not full, in fact it is only your party of 13 with reservations currently. Go ahead and read-bookā€. Re-booking done and confirmation received. At check-in the couple in our group was told they didnā€™t have a reservation and the manager cancelled it an hour prior. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL? There was no documentation of any conversations that took place but the manager lied & documented the couple told her they wanted to cancel. What.A.Joke! Once the rest of the party boarded we found 6 open seats never occupied. They offered the Money back - whatever. That does not replace the memory they didnā€™t get to experience with our entire group. Who wants to leave 2 people behind? Your front window worker had to deal with consequences of this, which she should not have had to. Her customer service skills could use a lot of help. Not one ounce of empathy and extremely combative attitude. Save your $ and go to a non-ghetto, non-tourist attraction dinner with actual staff who know what they are doing. Also - tips are encouraged for the dinner staff on the boat. I am supporter of tipping the service industry- they deserve it. Unfortunately, due to incredibly disorganized mess and horrible treatment of the company as a whole, we did not tip the dinner boat staff. Bummer for them, but the company they work for set them for that.
