Overview

Accompany keepers onto the 176-acre property aboard the Safari Tram to see the 30+ camels that call Camel Safari home. Learning about the history of camelids, their amazing adaptations and even getting extra close to one of our ambassador camels! Guests then accompany keepers to visit each of the exotic animals on the property. From camels to sand cats to a two-toed sloth guests will have the opportunity to learn about and have amazing encounters with animals and ask questions along the way.

I was not sure what to expect on this excursion but it was AWESOME! We spent over three hours with the owner and the Zooligist touring and intereacting with the animals. It was the BEST experience. Allie gave us great information about the animals we were encountering and the life at this zoo. I have to give Guy and Allie a lot of credit on how they are continuing this experience after the year of COVID. I encourage everyone to go out and support them in the zoo and take three hours and just enjoy the animals and learning. FABULOUS!

Guy and Allie were wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Animals are well cared for and well behaved. So glad we did this. If you’re an animal lover you will definitely love this place.

What a fun morning this was! We met the owner, Guy, at 8:00 A.M. to help him feed his huge group of diverse animals. It was wonderful to see how well he cares for all of them and he is eager to share his knowledge with you. He has 36 camels, llamas, and donkeys. He also has two dingos, two armadillos, two sand cats, and an adorable porcupine. You visit with all of them and get to pet them. What a great experience! We highly recommend this.
