The Camels & Lamas & Porcupine were super friendly. Beautiful property & lovely people. Adam was our guide. He was informative and personable. The UTV was brand new & lunch was yummy. Do follow their reminders & bring a hat & sunscreen. We were disappointed that we didn't get to see the slough show. Don't know why. I think the Zoologist was spread alittle thin. The tour ended up being 2 1/2 hours, including the lunch break. All in all, we will definitely return😁

Thank you so much, we enjoyed having you visit us and look forward to your return. Remind us that you need to visit with our sweet Ambien, the two-toed sloth!

We had an amazing experience at the Camel Safari, highly recommend this tour. The moment we parked we were in the company of an animal from the wonderful dogs on property, to our first encounter with Fabio the Camel we couldn't have been happier. Our guide was as knowledgeable and friendly as you could find, she took her time explaining the zoo, all about the camels, the tortuous, alpacas, porcupine, dingo's and the sloth Ambien. The drive was easy from Las Vegas (maybe 55minutes from Circa) and we would do it again.

After receiving constant reminders leading up to our tour, we took the 2 hour drive up there. The gate was closed and when we called the agent she confirmed that our tour was still on and that we were the only reservation for today. After getting through the gate we were chased by 4 huge dogs and then the owner came up on a cart. He informed us that we needed to leave his property because there were no tours today. I told him the agent confirmed and he said you need to leave as we only do tours on Friday and Saturday. Needless to say my nieces were very scared and disappointed. While we were refunded for the tickets we still loss a full tank of gas and our time. While on vacation we had to wake up at 5AM to ensure we would arrive on time. I don’t understand how there is such miscommunication between the owner and the booking agent. Why are tours available for booking online if they only operate on Friday and Saturday as per the owner. The owner also lacked any customer service skills and his tone and manner scared the kids.

A 117-degree day with excessive heat warning, which we are experiencing this week, is dangerous to both our guests and onsite staff. We are very sorry for the miscommunication on our part and that you had a negative experience with us.
