This was my first time! The detailed orientation, the help picking out the proper gear, the help putting it on, the detailed instruction on safety, the constant checking on every individual’s comfort…this company has it down!!! I did this excursion by myself, but from the minute I started meeting the crew, I knew I was in excellent hands. I will return to Alaska and I will book with these guys again. (Longer trip, next time!) Thank you for a most excellent day yesterday Peacock, Shooter and to all of the New Wave Adventures crew, as well.

Our guide, Louie was great, friendly and fun. He took great care of us first-time rafters, made us feel safe and at ease, and still maintained a great sense of humor and fun. He was also full of great information about the geography, sites, wildlife, and natural history and formations of the river. For someone so young, he was full of knowledge, and a great leader, and we would definitely ride with him again! New Waves was a great time, and we highly recommend them!

Totally loved the experience. Not only the river rafting was great, our guide named Bob was hilarious as well! If you're looking for a river rafting company, this is the one! 1 of the best activities we've done in Alaska, thanks to Bob and team.
