Redtail Air Adventures

This scenic tour takes you over two of the nation's most popular national parks, Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. See all of the great geographical anomalies in both of these landscapes and learn the unique history from a highly trained pilot as you soar over arches, canyons and rivers. Sights include: Upheaval Dome, Green River Goose Neck, Island in the Sky, White Rim, The Maze, Confluence of the Colorado and Green rivers, Landscape Arch, Fisher Towers, Devils Garden, Klondike Bluffs and much more!

Not being able to hike any longer, my husband and I decided to take a flight over the two national parks. Our pilot, Chris, made us very glad of our choice. We flew over areas that would never have seen on foot or by jeep. His commentary also made the trip more interesting and memorable. He made sure we saw the arches from every angle so we didn't miss anything. He told us about native peoples and their practices, as well as explained where different parks and sites are. Chris was also concerned about our comfort and well being. We appreciated his care and expertise. Even beyond our actual flight, Amanda and Tracy in the office were helpful and made us feel welcome.

I liked that Chris, our pilot, showed us on a map where we would go on our plane trip before we took off. We had visited Canyonlands the day before, but we saw so much more on this flight: many wilderness areas that were inaccessible to us any other way. It is amazing the beautiful scenery -- so many shapes and colors of rocks. Our pilot gave a good narration and pointed out things to photograph. As we flew over Arches, he also pointed out arches and gave us the chance to take pictures. Loved this tour and would highly recommend it.
