What a day! We only had one day to explore Canyonlands and our guide Josh ensured that our experience was awesome. Crazy fun/scary off-roading combined with a worthwhile hike and a tasty lunch. Plus excellent conversation, history and geology info. Definitely worth every dime.

Our driver, Ben, was the consummate professional, possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience about the Needles District. My adult children and I felt very safe for the duration of the trip, ambling along pathways that I wouldn't even choose to walk, let alone drive. It took me looking backward at the other vehicle in our convoy to truly appreciate the technical difficulty this excursion presented, and the acumen of the very capable drivers(Ben and Charlotte). Lunch was delicious and definitely a step above the usual deli sandwiches offered elsewhere, prepared following CDC guidelines for this really tricky time. The 2.4 mile hike was perfect, tricky enough and full of unusual formations(slot canyons/slick rocks and elevated vantage points) to feel like a good workout, and we had plenty of time to explore or just relax and take in the views. Worth every penny and then some!

Wow, where do I start---10 hour day, 2 to get there and 2 back, 2 hour hike with lunch, and 4 hours of the most exciting 4x4. Charlotte was interesting, knowledgeable, great driver, and helped my wife during the hike ( she us recovering from a broken ankle), and she nade us a very good chicken caesar wrap for lunch. She went on the hike with us thru some very narrow joints and and over some large rocks, making it a very interesting hike. Finally the 4x4, it was more than I imagined, going up and down steep inclines, she even let me get out and video the climbs a couple times. It was a great 10 hours.
