Best experience on our trip! We had so much fun and was our first time on a UTV. Felt safe in the vehicle and appreciated the safety information before starting. Our guide, Josh, demonstrated considerable knowledge of the area and had a great sense of humor. You can expect to get at least some sand on you it is inevitable given that you're on the dunes. Sandboarding was fun even if you just watch someone else do it. Just wish the trip was a little longer for the price.

We had a very positive experience on the day-long White Rim tour from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and friendly. Our tour guide was Blaine and he made the entire experience special; he was extremely knowledgeable about the geography, geology, plants, animals and local history. He shared many interesting stories about the history of Moab, the local parks and the people who helped make it what it is today. We got to experience the canyon from top to bottom and had a fun day. I highly recommend NAVTEC and Blaine!

Navtec in Moab was in charge of the 9 hr white rim tour. Well if you go there there is not a lot of parking so have them pick you up at your hotel. We got there on time and we're waiting for Jeff who was suppose to be our driver. He was not there for 7:45 am . First they told us he was picking up others at their hotel. I couldn't understand that seeing he would have had to back track to pick us up waiting at Navtec. I have been on many Viator tours everywhere and tours were for the most part were on time and run very professional. I had asked the girl for my money back and she said no. So we waited longer for Jeff to show. At 8:20 he finally showed and said, "is there a problem here? I am going to pick up someone at their hotel so just wait here in the shade. Don't worry you will get your 9hrs worth of time" I went back in and found out the vehicle they were going to use had broken down. I demanded a refund and got it finally. Jeff was rude to us from the start. We were customers and he obviously lying to us and was very rude to us. This Viator tour was made and paid for very early. NAVTEC is not a good company to deal with.
