The day exceeded all of our expectations. Our guide, Tyler, was engaging and very knowledgable. Wonderful sense of humor. The tour took us to remote places of unimaginable beauty. The LandCruiser was very comfortable for 4 adult passengers. Tyler's off-road driving skills were excellent, safety was never a concern. We are looking forward to another Moab adventure with NAVTEC.

My 3 teens and I had a nice time on this full day tour with Navtek. Our guide was a local and knew the area very well. I think a full day is pretty long. Iā€™d recommend doing half a day, although we did see some great sites that not everyone has access to. Our guide took us to all the great spots along white rim and even more. Lunch was tasty. Went on a hike and had a bunch of short stops to get out of the vehicle and take pics, get water, bathroom breaks, etc. He answered all of our questions during the trip. He knew a lot of the history and info about Moab. You could tell he loved his ā€œbackyardā€ and was passionate about what he did.

Fabulous tour of Canyonlands! Navtec guide, Cale, picked us up at our hotel in the AM and we were off. The Land Cruiser was the perfect vehicle to drive along the rugged and very narrow and steep trails. Cale was a confident and safe driver and took no chances. We did the half day tour and it was great. We got to see the amazing rock formations, stunning vistas and drove along narrow, very high trails (>11,000 ft) that we had to share sometimes with another big truck going the opposite direction or heavy equipment doing maintenance on the dusty, rugged roads. Do not attempt this in your passenger car or even your own SUV unless you have a lifted one with greater ground clearance and you have serious off-roading experience. This is not the place to learn from your mistakes. Cale practiced what he preached and constantly drank fluids to stay hydrated. This is a trip that not even bored, technology addicted teenagers will complain about. Mine didn't. Not once. Such is the power to nature's beauty. Navtec is a great company and they did a super job organizing and running this tour. Will be back again for other, longer tours next time.
