Our guide Bronson was a blast. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the parks we traveled through. He was a skilled and confident driver over some challenging terrain. We were able too see some incredible overlooks and experience some trails that were isolated and exciting. At points it felt like the park was all ours with no one else in sight.

Outstanding! We rented two vehicles with guides Ben and David for a full day private tour. We had a great experience exploring and learning. Ben and David's knowledge of Canyonlands NP; its history and geology was amazing! I'd recommend this to any adult and older youth.

This trip itinerary is great and the scenery is fantastic. We moved along the White Rim and descended to river level for a picnic. On the return leg, we went up the Shafer trail to the Canyonland visitor center. Since we finished significantly earlier than expected, our guide added another drive down Canyon Road on the return to Moab to compensate. It was our second Navtec tour out of Moab this week. Our first trip guide was great and we rated him highly. However, our White Rim driver/guide was a huge disappointment. He was a competent driver and somewhat knowledgeable but elected to remain largely silent and not not narrate the tour. He apparently wanted to do several hikes which were not appropriate for the age 70 couples with limitations onboard. It was like a day long ride with a sullen teenager. He seldom stopped for photo ops stating we needed to keep rolling but the White Rim tour actually ended 90 minutes early at the visitor center in Canyonlands. Most of our photos came from a moving vehicle. He would answer questions several times with sarcasm. It was clear how dependent these tours are on the guide/driver qualities and this one was a huge disappointment for the nearly six hundred dollars + gratuity we spent. This driver needs a major attitude readjustment to shape up or find another line of work. He was a poor representative for NavTec and actually walked away from the group at several stops rather than interacting. We did have a nice time with the friendly couple who was with us on this trip which salvaged the day. If we had had an opportunity to leave the vehicle and go with a more appropriate guide for the trip, we would have done so in a heartbeat. Navtec: hope you address these problems. Your other drivers frequently receive high marks but this one sadly missed the mark.
