Kelsie worked to ensure my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. He spent time before leaving instructing us on safety and gave us plenty of practice time. He knew a lot of details about monuments and buildings along the way. He was friendly and outgoing, and the tour itself was completely worth every cent.

We had family visit from Germany and thought this was the best way for them to experience downtown Austin. It was! The owner was our tour guide and made sure to spend time with each of us to make sure we were trained well in the Segway. She was a great tourguide explaining important historic buildings and statues. We definitely recommend this.
