Other than our guide who was wonderful, the tour was not worthwhile. We waited in line 1 hour 15 minutes to enter the capitol. Other than seeing the visitor center and the rotunda, we saw nothing else. The small group became a large group in the rotunda with a guide from the Capitol. The Library of Congress was no better. We went in, walked up the stairs, and looked into the main research room. Nothing more. I am sure we would have seen more with a video. Very disappointing morning.

We're sorry that you did not enjoy your experience as much as all the other guests. Due to increased security on the day of your visit there was a longer than usual wait and sections closed. However, our guides and concierges ensured that you did wait in any further lines for tickets and once inside and provided a large amount of information that the Capitol guides cannot cover as you were getting inside. Our guides also ensured you got into the Library with no issue and gave an extensive tour of the building. We make sure that you not only get the full story of the spaces, but that there is no stress in accessing all you wish to see

The tour guide was not shy about throwing in a few political and religious views in his talking points. Talking poorly about Martin Luther while waiting to see the Gutenberg Bible in the Library of Congress was a low point. The tour of the Library of Congress was good. Lines at the Capital Building were long, but understood for Spring Break.

Our guides only provide historical facts and not political or religious commentary. We apologize if this was misinterpreted
