We'll see the best photo angle of the US Capitol, stand where the four DC quadrants of DC intersect, and see the press area for Capitol reporters.

Supreme Court

From the outside, your guide will talk about the Supreme Court Building.

Library of Congress

Your guide will bring you inside this beautiful architectural wonder to explore Thomas Jefferson's personal library collection, an original Gutenburg Bible, the Main Reading Room overlook and more.

U.S. Capitol Visitor Center

We'll enter the Capitol Visitor Center to see the original model of the Statue of Freedom (the statue on top of the Capitol Dome) and see part of the National Statuary Collection.

U.S. Capitol

Your guide will explain the US Capitol's significance, architecture and history before bringing you inside for a docent led tour.

We had Eli as our guide and he gave great info throughout your and kept us all together and was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the buildings and area - willing to answer anything. We had a great time on the tour - library of congress was simply impressive, and the tour of the Capitol buildings at the end was well organised and informative too (by the docents not Eli) - definitely recommend this or any other tours by “D.C. on foot” - happy folks!!

Very well organized, everything was as advertised. Our guide Brooke did a great job providing a good overview of the Capital area. In addition, the docent led tour of Congress was interesting and humorous.
