Our guides, Alex and Kylee, were awesome! The views were great, and our kids had a lot of fun. Not giving a higher review largely because they clearly need to cap the number of guests per tour at a lower number. The large number in our group meant there was a lot of waiting in line and the tour went 45 minutes over the end time. Cap should be 10-15 max (lower better) and we had 20+

We are always looking for ways to improve our operations and appreciate your comment. This particular tour took 3 hours and we highly encourage our guests to fill out their waivers before check-in so that we can keep the tour to 2.5 hours as advertised. Larger groups can take a little longer but are usually a lot of fun for everyone. Glad you guys all had a great time and thanks for spending your time with us!

We had the most fun at Captain Zipline! Our tour guides were Mayah and Kaylee. They were so fun and knowledgeable and very conscious of safety. The training at the beginning was helpful to learn how to steer and brake. But, was especially important to make sure the straps were all in the right places and not uncomfortable! This is not something to fear it was just plain fun!
