Book a car from Denver Airport to Beaver Creek and back in advance. Everything went great. On time, friendly, very knowledgeable driver, beautiful black suv, super clean. Highly recommend.

Brent took great care of us. He was there early, drove patiently, helped with our bags and had great conversation. Very pleasant.

We booked a vehicle for 7 passengers to go from Denver to vail. We indicated that we would have 7 checked bags and 6 pairs of skis. The vehicle was far far too small to accommodate our group. We had to pile luggage inside the passenger cabin resulting in an extremely unsafe environment (multiple hard sided suitcases stacked between seats, ski bags stacked across the rows). If there had been any sort of disruption or accident we would have been in an extremely dangerous situation (ski bay flying through the window, roller suitcases smashing into someone's head). Additionally, the driver was completely apathetic about the situation and made no effort to help. When I called the dispatch service to ask for another vehicle they essentially laughed at me. The customer service here was atrocious and the result was a highly dangerous drive over a mountain pass. I would not recommend this $1000 "luxury service" to anyone ever. Do not use silver mountain express - there are lots of better alternatives.

We appreciate your feedback, Olivia. We understand that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. Our larger vehicles have the capacity to carry 7 passengers safely and comfortably with a bag each, but not with multiple bags each. We sincerely apologize if that was not made clear on our end.
