What To Expect

Statue of Liberty

You will see the Statue of Liberty from the shore in southern Manhattan. You will exit my comfortable minivan in Battery Park City and stand by the water to look over to 'Lady Liberty. You will also see Ellis Island!

Central Park

Central Park. What an oasis in the midst of the City!!! I will bring you to the very corner where John and Yoko Lennon lived and you will take a stroll into the Park itself and see the memorial to John Lennon; the famous member of 'The Beatles'. Very special experience.

Times Square / Theater District

There is a lot to Times Square and you'll get great photo's through my sunroof!!! By the time I have driven you through it you will know where to get same day discount tickets to Broadway Shows, great restaurants to enjoy right on Times Square, see where the New Year's Eve Ball drops and tons more!

Rockefeller Center

The famous skating rink and New York's Christmas Tree are right here at Rockefeller Center. As is the Today Show. You'll have time to get out and stretch, find refreshments and more. If you wish, we can extend your time out of the van and you can pop across the street to enjoy St Patricks Cathedral.

Empire State Building

As you drive down Fifth Avenue you will see this famous Skyscraper and my sunroof is the perfect angle for this picture!

Wall Street

Wall Street is fascinating. You will see the New York Stock Exchange as well as 'Federal hall' where George Washington was sworn in as the very First President of the USA in 1789. What a spot!

World Trade Center Memorial Foundation

What a moving experience to visit the World Trade Center Memorial. You will experience the memorial and see the new buildings which have splendidly sprung up. Your Guide is a "Rescue Worker" who came to work with the firefighters and victim families following the tragic event.

Little Italy

It is truly 'Little' and you will see it.

Brooklyn Bridge

The first large successful Suspension Bridge in the world. It is an amazing sight and your driver / guide will show it to you!

Greenwich Village

This is where the famous clubs are found and I will show you the Blue Note Jazz Club and also Cafe Wha where Bruce Springsteen, the Velvet Underground, Bob Dylan and many others have entertained and discovered! You will also see the Poison Rouge where Peter, Paul and Mary were discovered and other clubs as well such that you know where to return for a night out on the town.

Empire State Building

The reigning highest building in the world from 1932 until the World Trade Center was built in 1970. Movies filmed here include Sleepless in Seattle, King Kong and so many more..

St. Patrick's Cathedral

Built in the 1880's this magnificent Cathedral is home to the Irish and Italian Catholic Community in New York City
