Having enjoyed previous walking food tours, we decided to see what Carlsbad had to offer. Cherie was delightful, and very knowledgeable of the area. We learnt some very interesting history on the area. It is a VERY easy walk and you certainly don't need to have any great fitness levels to participate. The food tour stops were great! Italian x 2, olive oil store, doughnuts (on National Doughnut Day), icecream, winery, and Mexican. We had 7 food stops in total. All were very good and in fact we all loved the marinara sauce at one Italian restaurant, we returned there for dinner that night. Do yourself a favour and book in a tour. Cherie is great at what she does ... thankyou for having us Cherie (we hope you're now using your Aussie slang words fluently!!).

Wonderful. loved both food and history of Carlsbad. Wish we would have takes first day we arrived on vacation. Very enjoyable.
