Family real enjoyed themselves. We loved the tour and knowledge learned about downtown Carlsbad. The food was AWESOME! The locations picked were great. Definitely went back to some of the restaurants.

My husband and I booked this tour in advance because we thought it would be a great way of learning about Carlsbad and also getting to try some of the local food. It was well worth it! We had a (typical for them) wonderful sunny day and had a lovely time. We found our guide, Cherimarie to be very knowledgeable and we especially enjoyed the history lessons, the gelato tasting and Humble Oils.

While vacationing in Carlsbad two weeks ago, my husband and I decided to try this food tour because it also included some history which we felt we would enjoy as well. We were not disappointed! The places we stopped at for the tastings were all delicious - in fact, one evening we went back to Witch Creek winery for a drink, then back to Caldo Pomodoro for dinner, and back to Gaia Gelato for dessert. This tour gave us first time visitors a superior “taste” of the city and a great narration of the different interesting sights. It was well worth the price and Cheri, our guide, was wonderful - knowledgeable and personable. A definite thing to do while in the area.
