Our group of 5 adults was paired with a group of 6 ladies and we visited 8 delicious places. Went back to one place for lunch the next day. We like going on a food tour the first day we visit a new location. It's proven to be a great way to learn the area by walking around and experiencing the environment. Cherimarie is a wonderful food tour host and we'd highly recommend for your visit! (As a parent of boys 9&11, I would only recommend this for adults; glad our boys were enjoying other activities on this leisurely afternoon.)

So much fun Cherie! Great food, interesting people. Learn about the historical buildings of Carlsbad along with a taste of local restaurants. Moved to north county 2 years ago and did not know where to eat, this tour gave us insight as to where to get great local food, wine and even ice cream.Well done,Thanks, Cherie!

This was definitely a worthwhile activity, we are glad we did it! Cherie was great, and the stops included a well chosen variety of interesting places. There was not too much walking (if you are worried about the distance), everything was in fairly close proximity. The whole thing took a little over 3 hours but most of that time was spent inside each establishment (6 or 7 altogether) I would recommend having a bigger breakfast if you need to eat gluten-free, but you can still enjoy the chocolates, wine and gelato. ;) (I understand there wouldn't be a substitution for the garlic bread or pasta, but- just a suggestion- it would be nice if they could have used a corn tortilla rather than a wheat one for the bean burrito as I did mention I was gluten-free when we booked the tour a few weeks before.. The filling was delicious though!) All in all it was a great time!
