We recently took our 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter on this tour. Just lovely! We loved the Italian food samples and the tidbits of history about Carlsbad. While some stops were much better than others, the experience was wonderful. We returned to one of the restaurants after the tour as we liked it so much.

On a recent trip to Carlsbad, I decided to take a food tour with Carlsbad Food Tours. Our hostess, Cherie was friendly and knowledgeable about the village area. We had roasted artichoke hearts, eggplant sliders, burritos, cinnamon rolls, and sea salt caramel dark chocolate. Also, wine tasting at a local winery, and olive oil tasting. The tour was 3 1/2 hours with leisurely walking. It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Carlsbad and I highly recommend it.

Carlsbad has a charming downtown area. This tour incorporates both some of the best local businesses, and the best tasting food. Cherimarie has done a great job with this walking food tour!
