This is the meeting place for Carmel Food Tours. Look for the tall, Gothic-style arch and huge windows. It looks a little like a church, but it's not. When you descend into the courtyard, which is located EXACTLY at the intersection of 9th & San Carlos, you'll be greeted by your tour guide.

Our first time to the Carmel/Monterrey area and I saw the great reviews for this walking food tour. Having never done a tour like this, I wasn't sure what to expect. When we met the rest of the group, it was a tad awkward as no one knew each other, but by the end of it, we were laughing and comparing notes with other attendees. We even ran into some of our fellow group members at other attractions the next day! The food choices were just different enough that I really feel that we had a good overall foodie experience. Bonnie was our guide and did a terrific job. I definitely recommend this tour!

My fiancé and I went on this tour a few days after our wedding. Bonnie met us and was our guide for the day, and it was AWESOME! Bonnie was so kind and fun, and introduced us to shop/restaurant owners if they happened to be around. Of course, all the staff and owners were so kind and gracious, and the food & drinks were delicious everywhere we went. It felt like a welcome tour, as if we were about to move into town. We can’t wait to come back to the restaurants & shops we visited! Thanks so much to Bonnie for being such a great host ❤️
