Driver was very nice and informative. We stopped for photo ops and was able to feed the horse. We were able to text the driver with any questions or provide information. Good Experience all the way around!

I booked my appointment for 2:30. We did but actually get on the carriage ride until 2:55 because the carriage was not there. I paid for a 45-50 min trip through Central Park. The carriage ride lasted approximately 20 minutes. I would not recommend using this service. Rather walk to Central Park and pick a carriage ride operator who is waiting to pick up a fare. We were disappointed as the description did not match the service performed. When I asked the carriage ride person about my additional time he said I booked the “short” ride even though the description clearly stated 45-50 min.

Myriah Boles, You booked a short ride and paid half price . General description is Standard 50 min ride. There are options for short and extended ride. You picked the short one. And You booked minutes before your request time I texted you right away saying it will be at 3 pm. you said its fine and we picked you 2:55 pm I have sent you again the confirmations proving you booked a short ride, please delete this misleading review We would like to keep our reputation great. Paid for an hour, got 50 minutes. I should have just gotten 45 or 55 minutes but paid more for an hour and tour was not an hour. Time was changed 3 times. Driver nice, gave interesting facts. You can also go to central park and schedule right then instead of dealing with Hassel of scheduling ahead of time and the company changing times and finding the right location.
