Viator sells these tickets for 5 people. We specifically purchased from here because it appeared to be a carriage for 5, we even put in the ages of our kids. When we got the booking info is said something like “even though Viator sells this for 5 people, we can only take 4 adults max, don’t ask to do 5” So one of our party had to sit out. The carriage was fine, our operator spoke with such a heavy accent we had trouble understanding anything he said. Other carriages had two blankets, one for each side, but ours only had one and it was freezing. I also wouldn’t recommend doing this after dark, we couldn’t see much of anything at all and it was just a waste of money.

We loved “Caramel” our horse! The ride with my hubby through Central Park was great. The tour guide was knowledgeable. The only complaint was it was suppose to be 40 min for the vip that we paid for and it was only 27 min. Plus we didn’t get the photo stops and we had to ask about feeding the carrot to the horse.(which was included in our vip package) I was disappointed with that but the carriage was beautiful and our tour guide was very nice.

Our carriage driver left us. I paid close to $300.00 for nothing! I asked him to please wait he left anyway!

we dont have to wait anymore if the customer is late half an hour for their 40 min ride, you missed your ride
