We were not able to do the carriage ride because there was a mistake made while booking and the provider would not reschedule us. The ride was inadvertently booked for 11:59 pm instead of am. When we contacted thr provider he was rude and said he was busy with customers who didn't make a mistake with their booking time. When we arrived at 11:30 am, there were multiple carriages waiting around doing nothing but we could not be assisted. It made no sense. Turns out, after talking to other carriage drivers, the horses aren't even there after 11 pm so why would the platform even allow someone to book outside of the hours when the horses are available? The guy's name was Oscar and he was a complete jerk. I want me $233.00 back!

Enjoyed the ride around the park without having to walk. Saw many iconic sites. Very friendly driver.
