Had a negative experience with one of the employees in the boat. Employees need name tags #1. I never got the name of the rude employee from him or the captain of the boat.

Process was a little confusing as I did not realized my online ferry booking was through a 3rd party. When I call the Catalina express to finalize ferry time I was told all ticket sold out and I need to talk to Viator to refund. The agent at Viator was nice enough to promise a refund process. Eventually we got into the ferry as we originally planned using a standby ticket process and was still able to have a good time following original vacation schedule. My suggestion to Viator would be modify the reservation procedure if a customer did not finalize ferry schedule, just do not charge them. Send out a notice to tell them the reservation will be cancelled if a ferry time was not finalized and secured. Most people will think their reservation is good if they are charged. Thanks Li

They were well organised. The ship was clean and the people helping were friendly. Everyone wore a mask the entire time on board. You could not eat or drink anything even if you brought it yourself due to the new laws and regulations. It was a fast and smooth trip.
