One (1) piece of carry-on luggage is allowed per person and must fit beneath your seat

The trip itself was great. It is the Viator app experience that was poor. I will not use this app again because I still had to call Catalina express to make reservations, and print a physical voucher. This app should function like an airline app and provide The reservations and a mobile boarding pass. Otherwise there is no reason to use this app.

The boat was beautiful an the ride was great the all the staff were very nice an helpful mr an my friends had never been on a boat before an we have health issues they were very good to us we would go again

We had a good time however the website we received the tickets did not notify we had to call Catalina express to get the tickets and register then we did not know how to get our self guide tour we bought and that also was disappointing. Won’t get tickets here again.
